We have scanned the documents that Andy Morin from the California Nevada RFC provided on ALERT History.
Attached is a zip file with all of the scanned files.   The following is a list of the files in each subdirectory in the zip file.
You will have to rename the file extension to .zip to get it to unzip.  I had to rename it so it could be sent as an email attachment.
